Q. Are the parts you sell genuine BMW items?

A. No, the majority of parts we sell are aftermarket unless stated otherwise. However they are manufactured to the highest quality and are still supplied with a 12 month warranty, just like the genuine dealer parts.


Q. What is your return policy?
A. You are able to return your item for a refund or exchange. If you require a refund there will be a 20% handling fee. This is to cover credit / debit card charges and the time taken to dispatch and restock the item. Postage will not be refunded or reimbursed unless we have supplied the wrong item. Returned items will only be accepted if they are in perfect re-saleable condition i.e. in original undamaged packaging and not used or worn

Q. What is your return policy for faulty items?
A. All items supplied will be covered with a warranty. All new parts come with a 12 month warranty. Used parts will depend on the item (please see item description). If the part goes faulty within the warranty period we will exchange the item for you, free of charge. The only time money will be refunded is if we are no longer able to offer a replacement. All faulty parts must be returned to us before a replacement or refund is given.

Q. How do I return an item?

You'll need to package the item securely and include:
    •    Your order number or a copy of your invoice
    •    Whether a replacement or refund is needed
    •    The reason why you are returning the item


Q. Can international buyers purchase from you?
A. Yes, we are able to ship all of our items internationally. However you are unable to purchase direct through our online store, as the shipping options are only enabled for UK customers. For any international enquiries please contact us via phone or e-mail.

Q. Do you offer any discounts on your products?
A. Good news, if you are in the motor trade we are able to offer you a 30% trade discount. Please give us a call on 0114 3211796 and we will supply you with a discount code that you enter at the checkout. For the general public if you join our mailing list we occasionally send out an e-mail which again will contain a discount code for you to enter at the checkout. Remember though, if you are not signed up to our checklist you won't receive any discount codes.

Q. What is the expected delivery time for my order?
A. 99% of our items are in stock ready for immediate despatch. This means if you order form us before 2PM Monday - Friday your item will be with you the following working day.

Q. What happens on bank holidays?
A. Because bank holidays are not classed as working days we do not include these in our estimated delivery times.

Q. How long should I wait before contacting you regarding an order?
A. Provided your item(s) is ordered before 2PM we will despatch your item the same day for next working day delivery. However we do have to rely on our couriers to deliver your parcel on time. If you parcel isn't delivered the next working day, please allow one more working day for you parcel to arrive. If you still have not received your items please contact us and we will chase your item up for you.

Q. How can I pay for my order?
BM Parts currently accepts Visa Credit/Debit, Mastercard, Switch/Maestro, Solo, Delta & PayPal. We are sorry but we are unable to accept Cheques, Postal Orders, Diners Club or Store Cards.

Q. How do I amend my basket?
A Click on 'Basket' at the top of the page. You will see the description, price and quantity of each item currently in your basket. You can change the quantity by entering the amount you would like to purchase or by using the +/- buttons, or remove the item altogether by clicking 'x
