I dont even know how to begin to thank BM Parts for their help. I called them with an ABS problem on my BMW 5 Series. I had been faced with scrapping my car as my local dealer were asking £750 for the part plus £300 for the fitting. BM Parts supplied me the same genuine unit for £275. The saving was unbelievable and enabled me to keep what has otherwise been a reliable vehicle.

More than happy with BM Parts! I have a 2002 318i and required a rear ABS sensor. The genuine part cost £125 yet BM Parts were able to supply a quality replica inside £25. The website was easy to use and the part was delivered the next day just over 24 hours after I ordered it. I would definitely try BM Parts again if unlucky enough to need a part.

The best customer service I have ever come across! I had an idling problem with my 2000 318i. I called BM Parts who were able to advise that the most common idling problem on my car was the air mass meter. I went away and did a little digging and it seemed various people had reported problems with this part on my car. I called BMW who seconded this opinion and advised that for £290 they could supply a replacement part. I called back BM Parts who had offered me a replica part at £34.50. They let me place the order there and then over the phone as is my preference. All round I was very pleased with BM Parts.
